Liang Heping

Solo performer of piano, synthesizer, accordion, and electronic keyboard

Liang Heping worked at the China Central Orchestra as a soloist, traveling and performing in many countries of the world. In the late 1980s, he became a member of one of China’s most famous rock bands.

Liang is also the first Chinese performer of jazz piano, the first Chinese pianist who wrote the film score for a electronic band, the first pianist writing for a drama score with electronic keyboard and, and the first Chinese who recorded a solo electronic keyboard and synthesizer performance.

In additional, Liang also composes and produces music.

梁和平曾任中国中央乐团独奏组成员，并多次在国内外巡回演出。80年代后他成为中国著名摇滚乐队的成员。
梁和平是最早介入中国爵士乐的钢琴家，中国第一位用电声乐队为电影配乐演奏的钢琴家,中国第一位用电子琴为话剧配乐的演奏家和中国第一个录制个人电子琴与合成器演奏专辑的演奏家。
